Winemakers Note:

Stubbornly holding its own strong varietal character, represented by a specific aromatic mixture of Gooseberries, elderberry plant, hay, herbs and citrus, it has very energetic refreshing taste. This Sauvignon reveals the terrain from which it hails, primarily due to its aromatic depth and minerality, which testifies the diversity of the vineyards in Irig.

Pairs perfectly with salads, grilled vegetables, pasta, dishes seasoned with basil and lemon, fish, seafood, chicken, turkey, veal and all types of sheep cheese.

Winemaker’s Note:
Wine displays an intense dark red colour with reddish and almost orange glow, with rich aromas of red berries, blackberries, black currants and blueberries. On the palate it is complex, full-bodied, with ripe tannin structure which is in harmony with the fruity characters and fully integrated with the oak. Key feature of this wine represents its balance of freshness, fruitiness and tannins. The finish is very exciting and pleasant with a highly persistent and polished softness resulting in lingering after taste that lasts forever.

Pairing with Food:
The rich red meat, grill, roast, venison and different kinds of stew.

This wine has a very intensive colour, of ripe cherry with purple reflection.
The aroma of this wine is also fruity with smells of ripe cherry and blackberry.
The flavour of this wine is well rounded, ripe and soft with the refreshing fruit acids.

Aurelius comes from selected grapes with the additional selection process of wine from barrique barrels (225 l) with different degrees of wood toasting. It's recognisable by an elegant aroma of forest fruits, ripe cherries and plums, juicy tannins, a firm structure and a very rich taste with a velvety texture.

On the nose Trijumf Rose radiates gentle scents of strawberries and raspberries with a subtle touch of apricot and peach. On the palate it is a light wine, very crisp and fresh due to a superb fine acidity. This is a wine to match with various types of food except powerful red meat dishes.

Winemakers Note:

A lively, airy, teasing, refreshing and light bodied wine, with an elegant aroma of forest fruits, refreshing acidity and almost crispy texture. The roundness and juiciness in the finish, are gifts of a certain grape variety - the Cabernet Sauvignon.

It is ideal with traditional appetizers from the Vojvodina Region which consist of Ham, prosciutto and dry cured sausages. Spring and summer salads, tuna salads, various pastas, red risotto and barbecue dishes.

Winemaker’s Note:
The wine has the dark red colour with purple hues. It is filled with clear and seducing aromas of forest fruits with predominant hints of prunes and blackberries with a subtle hint of tobacco, coffee, cocoa and vanilla in the background. On the palate it is full-bodied and has a very fine tannin structure. The finish is pretty intense with a fruity character. This wine has a tremendous ageing potential.
Production process:
Grapes hand picked and selected. With Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot cold maceration was applied for 5 days. After fermentation the wines are kept on their skins for three to four weeks. Prokupac has a short maceration period. Each variety is fermented separately and the malolactic fermentation is applied for each one. Wines are kept in the barrique barrels (French oak of 225 litres), for the period of two years, thereafter the wine was blended in large oak barrels for a period of another two years, after which the wine is bottled without filtration and then matured for at least one year before it is released on the market.
Pairing with food:
The wine goes superbly with red meat, game meat, rich stews, lamb, rich cheeses and chocolate.

CUVEE MISTIQUE

This wine is made from a special blend of four grape varieties from the Telecka plateau.  The wine includes: Merlot, Pinot Noir, Zweigelt and Game.

The colour of this wine is dark ruby.
The aroma of this wine is more fruit based with essences of black cherry, blackberry and blueberry.  The flavour of this wine is full, soft and pleasant on the pallet.

It will pair with venison, dark meat, beef steak, rib eye steak, roasted duck breasts and strong cheeses.

CHARDY

Chardonnay 100%

It is a varietal 100% Chardonnay wine, originating from the Telecka plateau.

For its production only the best quality grapes are used, from the selected production.
The colour of this wine is crystal clear ranging from golden to yellow. It has a sophisticated aromatic complex mixtures of flavours of: pineapple, mango and fresh herbs, with a rich fruit end.

Chardonnay food paring:
It will pair with all kinds of sea and river fish. Also it can be served with white meat and white dressing.

Chardonnay serving temperatures:
It is best served at temperature ranging from 10-12ºC.

100% Pinot Noir

Winemaker’s Note:
The wine has an intense dark ruby colour with a reddish glow. On the nose there are rich fruity aromas of ripe cherries and plums. On the palate wine is fresh and medium-bodied. Wine possesses delicate spicy characters that are superbly integrated with fruity aromas, silky tannin structure and a pleasant acidity. The finish is elegant; wine is smooth, sublime and has a great texture felt during the long lingering after taste.
Production process:
Grapes hand picked and selected. The cold maceration was used from 5 to 7 days; fermentation was happening on lower temperatures, and maturation took place in new barriques of 225 litres (30%) and big oak barrels of 4,000 litres (remaining 70%).
Pairing with food:
Serve it with pasta, rich pizzas, homemade barbecue, veal meat, lamb and beef, grilled poultry meats. It is suitable for all types of roasted meat and semi-soft and creamy cheeses.
